About That Pointe (Hindsville, AR) is seeking an Acro/Gymnastics Coach to support both Recreational and Competitive dancers. We are a new and growing program and are building something exciting in our community. Start Immediately.
Program Details:
• Ages 18 months–18 years
• Recreational + Competitive dancers
• Beginner through intermediate tumbling levels
Facility & Equipment:
• New spring floor (competition dimensions minus a few inches)
• All new Tumble Trak equipment
• 20 ft Tumble Trak for progressions + power tumbling
• Safety mats, stretching/conditioning space
Role Focus:
• Acro/tumbling/gymnastics for dancers
• Appropriate skill progressions + safe spotting
• Strength, flexibility, and body-awareness development
• Optional privates, clinics, and solo skill development
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience coaching tumbling, acro, or gymnastics
• Strong emphasis on safety, progression, and confidence-building
• Positive, reliable, and collaborative
• Comfortable with young athletes (18 months–18 yrs)
• Spotting preferred
• Competition/cheer/acro background helpful but not required
Compensation:
• $15–$45/hr depending on specialty, experience, and certifications
